Good morning! As we know, packaged snacks aren’t always healthy. 🙂 Or sometimes so we think. SOMETIMES. Except if they are pretzels and stuff, we can have them whatever time we want. Not for me though because I’m trying to stay away from too much sodium.
But pretzels aren’t the only snack to eat! Here are a few that won’t change your waistline or BP. Speaking of BP i’ll leave you with one tip: get your blood pressure checked on BOTH sides. XD one may not be what the other is that’s why.
Rice Chips-The maple and other sweet flavors are for kids, but the intense ones like BBQ or Wasabi appeal more to adults. Make sure you choose the right one for your family 🙂
Multi Grain-I scream for Jacob’s! These crackers never fail to energize you. Plus if you add cheese to it, but NO-NO to too much biscuit butter. 😉 Look now what i did (i’m craving biscuit butter)
Chia Sesame Seed Chips-They’re great little chips with a nuggety texture and cute seed-y bites. I have always loved sesame seeds ever since tasting them at age 3
