Venti Caramel Macchiato: How To Take Power Back at School/Work

School can be draining, i know. Tons of requirements, meetings, activities sometimes make your head wanna explode or make you feel sleepy most of the day. SLEEPY is the perfect way to describe everything. -___- Yesterday when i woke up from my nap i felt like going back to sleep after checking my Facebook for requirements and stuff. Thank God i didn’t! I won’t be able to sleep at night and that’s only a sign of depression. (Unless you’re a night owl! HAHA)

No problem for me, because like what i said, i can work it work it like i’m supposed to do! (Or shake it.) I have the proper mindset to make sure i know what i’m doing and make sure im happy. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are some tips if you want to become like me!

1. Eat every 3-4 hours. For me there’s a morning snack and lunch–usual setup in high school. Most of the time i grab those cakes in jars, and for lunch tuna or chicken pasta. I like tuna better though. xD W and F since class is near the coffee machine, i grab my coffee mix.

2. Avoid spicy and heavy foods before bed. Light healthy snacks work. Last night before my workout was tamarind balls. ๐Ÿ˜€ But in the evening your body has the hardest time digesting creamier and spicier foods, thus making it hard to make you fall asleep.

3. Pop multi vitamins in your mouth during lunch. You know the reason why the doctor says sometimes ”take your meds after you eat”? So the food will give you a boost aside from the energy the medicine is giving. XD and who doesn’t love eating? Perfect excuse for a delicious lunch. :”)
