College is always tiring. The deadlines, pressure, and homework sometimes make you wish you didn’t study/you’re still in high school. But you’re lucky if you don’t feel that way when you’re out of school! 🙂 I don’t. Actually that’s when i feel the most alive!
Unfortunately there are some who do. 😦 Feel tired all the time, no matter if it’s from partying or working. What are the reasons? When i became more aware of life, it sort of became an issue for me. But thank god i’ve learned to deal and tell myself, ”Work it! Mama Beyonce can do it, so can you.”
1. Skipping exercise. Thank God i found my own workout/slimming treatments! Otherwise i’d sit there and grow obese like Porky Pig. (HAHA!) In the University of Georgia statistic, people who worked out three times a week felt lighter compared to those who did once-twice a week only. Cheat day or what, I workout. 😉
2. Not enough liquids. Dehydration causes a reduction in blood volume, thickening it and sort of clogging your arteries. UGH. To calculate take your weight in pounds and divide it with how much water you drink a day. 😉
3. Iron deficiency. Lean beef, tofu, dark green vegetables (leafy or not!), and peanut butter do the trick. (Belated Happy Peanut Butter Day!) If nothing still works, better get serious and visit the doc. It may mean something more.
